A recent field trip to the Frist Art Museum turned into an unforgettable adventure for the residents of Dismas House, highlighting a partnership that’s as inspiring as it is transformative. This special collaboration opens the door to a world of creativity and self-discovery, allowing residents to dive into the vibrant sea of art that the Frist offers.

The magic of the partnership between Dismas House and the Frist Art Museum lies in its ability to spark joy and transformation. Beyond just museum visits, the Frist brings the art directly to Dismas House, with teaching artists leading creative activities that seamlessly blend into the residents’ holistic recovery programs.

During their visit, residents embarked on a lively docent tour of the museum’s latest exhibit, where they encountered an eclectic mix of artistic styles and expressions.
