FAQ: Admission at Dismas House
Is there anyone Dismas House cannot accept?
We are unable to admit women, individuals on federal supervision, individuals on a sex offender registry, or individuals with arson charges.
Is Dismas House a sober living environment?
Yes, you must pass a drug and alcohol screen to move into the program.
How early can someone apply to be a resident of Dismas House?
Individuals who are currently incarcerated can apply as early as within 6 months of release.
How to Apply?
If you have a loved one who is currently incarcerated, you may mail them an application, or the individual can ask their re-entry counselor/case manager for an application.
Applications should be completed and mailed to 2424 Charlotte Ave Nashville, Tennessee, 37203.
