The Urban Land Institute awards Dismas House with Special Mention for 2024 ULI Americas Awards for Excellence

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The Urban Land Institute (ULI) announced 18 finalists for the 2024 ULI Americas Awards for Excellence, one of the most prestigious awards programs in the real estate industry. This year’s finalists include 16 developments in the United States and two in Canada. Two additional projects from the United States received special mentions – including Dismas House.
